My family really liked the apartment and enjoyed the stay there. As I live in tbilisi, I requested the owner to show me the apartment before my family came and they were comfortable to show me the apartment before the stay. The apartment was clean and tidy and looks exactly like the photos uploaded. I could contact the owner through whatsapp and was so co-operative.

The host -Grigol has been very accommodating and hospitable. He offerred to pick me up on the airport and he went out of his way to help me with my other requests.
the location was not something I was expecting. it’s not walking distance to the city itself, you will need to take a cab if you wish to go to the city center like freedom square, bridge of peace etc.
I am not a Russian/Georgian speaker so it was a bit of a challenge. good thing Grigol offerred me some help in booking the taxis going to the city center.
The bed is a little uncomfortable, and the walls are thin, you can easily hear your neighboors and the footsteps from the floor above yours.

Very cheap accommodation for a one night stay. It was clean and fairly comfortable.
Property is run down and lots of noises at night. Need to pay to use elevator.

"If you're coming with a car, type "Military City Park" as an adress to get to the right parking. The appartement is spacious, well equiped and a short drive from the airport."
