房东Koba先生是一位非常好的人，回复消息非常及时，沟通很顺畅。他开车载我们抵达他的这间公寓，这是一间特别干净而且温馨的小屋子，麻雀虽小五脏俱全，屋子里里面的设施齐全，有燃气灶、冰箱、全套的锅具、刀具和餐具，在这里做饭特别方便，周边不多远就是一个大型超市，里面商品齐全，采购食材也很容易，再多走几步就是Avlabari地铁站，这是第比利斯非常有名的交通枢纽之一，以这里为中心可以很方便的游览整座城市。对了，公寓在一个特别温馨的小院子里，邻居非常友善，大家都在院子里种满了花，真的超级有生活气息，院子里还有几只可爱的小猫咪和一只欢乐的狗狗，它们给我们带来了无尽的欢乐！我真的挑不出什么毛病，我们在这里甚至一口气住了六七天，根本舍不得离开。

The owner was very pleasant and communication was very good. The apartment was nice and clean and everything worked well. The location was very good as it was an easy walk to the old town and quite close to a metro station. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.
Nothing to dislike but we did find the bed a bit hard but this is quite normal in Georgia and Azerbaijan.
