Чисто,уютно,есть все необходимое для проживания, отзывчивая хозяйка, которая всегда на связи, заселение в удобное для гостей время.

Теплая мягкая постель, огромное количество ТВ каналов, тихое уютное место с колоритным тбилисским двориком. Есть небольшая кухня, с необходимой посудой и техникой, холодильник, стиралка и плита - удобно приготовить мелкие блюда. Хорошие дружелюбные соседи, знающие русский язык. Классная локация за приемлемую цену. В целом нашему отдыху ничего не мешало.
Кому то может быть тяжело подниматься от станции метро в горку - квартира находится на холме, но нам было не в тягость. Туалетная комната тесновата - для высоких людей не совсем удобно пользоваться унитазом, слегка протекает душевая зона. Не смогли настроить котел на горячую воду, из крана шла теплая, но возможно мы сами не разобрались.
