Old Tbilisi Views

We had a really lovely stay here during our trip to Tbilisi. For the price, the property was absolutely everything we could have wanted and I honestly do not think we could have expected more. The location was superb. We were in Tbilisi to get married and specifically wanted somewhere close to the Public Service Hall. This property could not have been better placed, as it was literally directly opposite. It was also very central generally, and we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to visit. The property itself was spacious, comfortable and very good value. The kitchen was a little simple, but it had everything we needed for our stay, and the overall space worked really well for us.

There were a couple of small things worth mentioning. The lift felt a little alarming at first, although once we got used to it, it was fine. There was also a power outage in the building for a few hours on one of the days, but that was clearly a building issue rather than anything specific to the property. The bed was comfortable enough, although it did squeak quite a bit, which gave it a little character!

The apartment on 7th floor of old house, consists of bedroom/sitting room and kitchen, both rather spacious, very clean, light and with a good view. Kitchen well equipped. Host excellent. Location also good - centric, maybe 200-300m to Old Town and on the outskirts of a very center: Liberty Square maybe 0,5km away.

The shower place could be more spacious, the shower curtain to close when taking shower. The location is rather noisy because of traffic, but closed windows help. As it is old house, there are only few sockets, but provided extensions also help.

Очень удобное расположение рядом с Домом Юстиции (буквально через дорогу - я ездил по делам, для меня это было важно). До основных достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком, очень удобно. Квартира в хорошем состоянии, есть все необходимое, было очень комфортно. И шикарный вид из окна утром и вечером.

Никаких неудобство не возникало. С лифтом никаких сложностей, всё работает.

Essentials that you need is there, clean and nicely decorated house with spectacular view (the window glasses were so clean). The location is perfect. The host is amazing and thoughtful.

The bed was comfortable, but a little squeaky.
