Very nice location in the Old town. All kitchen utensils provided. There is also a washing machine and a dryer

It was very hot and VERY loud all night. There are restaurants and shops downstairs. But people would for some reason scream even late in the night

It's very close to the beach, markets ,tram stop. it's right in the heart of old town . Great vibe around for someone who would love night life .The Landlord was very nice , helpful and flexible with check-in and checkout time, which I really appreciate. Planty of bed clothes,tea towels, towels, kitchen equipment !

Needs to pay attention to the temperature in a shower. It's could be very hot at the start . We figured out how it's working, first need to set up temperature,only then go to the shower.

The apartment is in the center of the old town of Nice. Very close there is a tram stop on the main line, which makes a direct connection to the station. There are many restaurants and bars around. Very convenient location for a walk to the Castle Hill, from which there is an incredible view of the bay. The hostess is extremely kind. Since there was no one accommodated the day before our arrival, as well as on the day of our departure, she allowed us to settle in and vacate the apartment when it was convenient for us. Check-in and check-out is a self-check, which is very convenient.

The pull-out bed in the kitchen is not very comfortable.

L'état général de l'appartement doit être revu : fenêtre qui ne ferme pas , carreau cassé ,volets qui ne ferment pas , prises défectueuses ,robinetterie montée à l'envers et qui fuit avec carrément un trou dedans . Ménage inexistant , vaisselles non lavées ,literie inconfortable , hygiène du linge de maison douteuse , problème d'humidité générale dans tout l'appartement Un bar est situé juste en face donc forcément beaucoup de bruit , si vous êtes sensible au bruit (ça va être un problème) Nous avons été très déçu car vraiment le produit n'est pas à la hauteur du prix de la location
