Great location, good facilities. One of the EV chargers was broken but that wasn't the hosts fault.

Apartment felt like it wasn't cleaned properly. Generally felt a bit dusty and grimy. Poor airflow and a persistent smell from the rubbish chute in the corridor leaking into the room. Sheets didn't feel washed.

Definitely the location, no blockage to the view on 13th floor, washer/dryer and all the basics needed in the kitchen

The bath towels provided needs to be washed/sanitized with a good fabric conditioner - they looked clean but their smell were terrible once damp after use - like they were washed together with smelly socks. We washed all the bath towels after one use & that solved the problem. Other than that the place was pleasant throughout our stay and the host was prompt to reply to queries. Noise from train line next the the building did come through but if windows are closed it is bearable. Aircon to living area only so airflow to the rooms was not that effective; I think if there were a couple of portable fans it would have helped move air around and made it more comfy for resting.
