Paradise Getaway 3BR Apt in Clayton with Free Parking

I grabbed breakfast in nearby Oakleigh In my 3 day stay . I had my vehicle so the parking facility was excellent and I was out for most of the days . The apartment was needed for evening and catered very well for the 4 of us .

Not a huge issue but there is a few knocks etc on doors and walls , but like I said not a huge issue. The rooms and amenities are very accommodating

Good location and great for family with kids.

But there are few things need to be fixed, like toilets seat cover, bathroom door handle, that are confusing because it may cause problems for later on … we did reported the issue to the management while we arrived, to avoid arguments. Another reason is the property management is holding $400 deposits. How can you be confident to hold the deposit if there are some issues, like handle and toilet. That’s why we felt uncomfortable. Issues need to be fixed as the property has been using for air bnb. Kitchen really needs to be cleaned properly by professionals, but it’s fine we didn’t use kitchen. communication could of been much better. Person we spoke with apparantly did not host the property anymore which we couldnt access for hours until it was sorted with Booking .com.
