The location is excellent, you have 2 trams and a bus within walking distance. Camberwell train station is not far and accessible by 1 of the trams. The tenants are friendly and accommodating. The owner is friendly, helpful and prompt to reply to any queries. I hope to stay there in the future.

Location is brilliant, there are 2 trams & a bus all within a short walking distance. There is also a train that one of the trams will drop you off at. The place itself is clean & has a fully functional kitchen. The owner is very approachable & answer's queries promptly.
The only setback is a tram stop right in front of the property coupled with a busy road. This will wake you early, but a tram so close is also brilliant. After a few nights I did become somewhat used to the noise & managed to sleep through. Bare in mind I am from a quiet country town so I am not accustomed to early noise, for most people it may not be an issue. Trying not to complain because it is a great place.

Instructions were clear. Room, kitchen and bathroom were clean and tidy. Quiet and peaceful. Sachet of shampoo, body wash and toothbrush/paste were provided.
Bed was slightly firmer than what I’m used to.

l’emplacement est pas mal, car à côté des trams mais sinon pas top
on s’est pas senti en sécurité, on a eu un froid de malade mental, c’était horrible et pas trop la cuisine on a jamais fais à manger dedans
