BATHROOM
The shared bathroom with bath and shower is located in the main house and accessed via a short garden walk to a separate entrance. The toilet is private and for your exclusive use. NOTE: the pink metallic wallpaper by Australian artist Florence Broadhurst.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Front and back gardens offer shaded seating areas with umbrellas—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the garden, especially the Palm Springs inspired succulent garden and the outdoor fire pit.
PARKING
Free on-street parking is available nearby.
The garden is a haven for birds and critters, attracting magpies, lorikeets, ravens, rosellas, thrushes, finches, butcher birds, wattlebirds, flying foxes, and ringtail and brushtail possums.
As a fan of Mid-Century Modern design and architecture, I’m happy to provide a walking map highlighting the best MCM houses in Caulfield North.
The bungalow is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk to Caulfield train station, a 5-minute walk to trams, and close to Caulfield Racecourse and Monash University.
