For our needs location was excellent. Host was excellent and friendly.
Wasn’t aware this was a private home, so was a bit thrown. However the stay was still great. Very quiet.

Quiet location but very handy to the train and tram. Not too far out of central Melbourne.
I found the bed a little hard but other than that everything was great.
