Owner was very agreeable to us having friends over for breakfast.
Our room was right beside the shared bedroom, so it was a little noisy at night.

Location. Polite hosts. Comfortable room
Limited meal prep facilities. Fellow Guest was rude to my companion and too familiar towards me.

Location
Hard to work out areas allowed to use. Upstairs untidy, balcony messy with leaf litter, blinds down, bedroom next to toilet so hard people using toilet through night or shower.
