What a find on the outskirts of East MELBourne!!
As someone needing a bed when not residing in luxury of The Pullman, this property is 💯. Macca’s is right there and is a timely reminder of Warren’s (BH) Brekkie coupons - a sound investment for the astute .retire(d) entrepreneur.
The self checking instructions could have made mention of the location of the blankets, the external bins, and my key passcode was incorrect (5311 NOT 3311 😡).
However the values of this Homestay as stated are most sound and the many engaging 24/7 conversations were just terrific. Just the ticket.

The relaxed, comfortable atmosphere and the manager was a super nice, welcoming and charismatic guy.
My stay was too short.

The place was very cheap with no frills. The location was close enough to the CBD and had great public transport options.
