Terrible.
Place was bad. Weed, trash and dirt everywhere. Bed was unclean, room was the dirtiest place in the world.
Room wasnt cleaned. Hosts never responded to calls, texts or VMs. Electricity went off in the apartment so rooms were cold.

Poor facilities and bad front door lock
The first room we were given smelt really bad, but thankfully we were given a different room.
The lock on the door was really shady, opened with great difficulty. Because of that we were woken up around 3 am by another renter trying to enter the house by almost breaking down the door.

so much potential to be a good place to stay, shame about the staff and weird smells
the actual room is a good size and the kitchen/living room is nice
front door very hard to open (there's a specific knack to it but it's not obvious and needs sorting) no toilet roll on arrival (or in the cupboards) rooms stank of stale urine, made me gag no clear check-out time (it's 10am which is crazy early) cleaner knocked my door several times without introducing himself as staff, telling me to leave at 10am staff member on the phone was super rude and dismissive when I told him the issues

This is very basic accommodation option. Meets the lowest of expectations. Be aware before booking
Not quite as bad as other reviews had suggested although it only just cleared that lowest of bars due to the fact I had brought my own mitigating equipment (see below). The room was clean, the bed linen had been changed. Ability to self-check in / out. The other residents I met were friendly and helpful. Internal door lock of Room 1 did work. Room 1 was of a good size. Most of these should not need to be pointed out as positives as they should be a given for rented accommodation.
My general view is that not a single penny has been spent by the owner that wasn't required to meet the most basic requirements for rented accommodation. Certainly not a place for a romantic getaway or to mark any kind of special occasion. You will not want to spend any time there apart from for sleeping. It is basic and soul-less from top to bottom. Room 1 has a not particularly nice smell. Not all the sockets worked. Only one bulb in the 8 light chandelier worked. No bedside lamps. Toilet seat was attached to the bowl (an improvement on previous reviews at least) but was the incorrect size so actually obstructs the bowl. The key lock box is positioned in literally the worst place possible, namely obstructing where your hand will be when operating the front door lock making it difficult and uncomfortable to use. The lock is also stiff to operate when both entering and exiting which is frustrating. Only thin venetian blinds on the windows which lets in full daylight in the morning. very basic kitchen and living room setup. No TV in living area. No wifi in property. Only 1 toilet / shower shared between 4 separately rented rooms. Very poor sound insulation between rooms. As I had booked before the majority of 1 star reviews had been made (and was now past the time window to cancel) I decided to stay at the property but took ear plugs, eye mask, big power bank, my own battery powered bedside lamp and had a reasonable stay. Should guests be expected to put in place all these mitigations for the short-comings of the landlord who is clearly using the property to make a quick buck on unsuspecting first time bookers? No. If a few hundred extra pounds had been spent on the property this could have easily been a good budget stay but the fact it hasn't been despite all the negative reviews tells you all you need to know.

Horrible experience, won’t go back there ever again
It was clean
No WiFi, electrical issues, heating issues, dryer wasn’t working so couldn’t dry clothes, owner was responding fast enough, lock troubles on the door

Bristol Fawlty towers
Open the door to our room to be greeted by the overwhelming damp dog smell. One window opened, other latch broken so no through draft. Had to vacuum but smell remained, had to spray room with natur product to cover smell but soon returned. Shower kept going cold, no plug for bath. Wet in laundry left in bathroom by cleaner, dryer broken. Could not get out in morning as lock broken. Back door stuck (fire risk) but managed to force it and escape my worst ever stay by the garden.

Not worth the money
The Kitchen had decent facilities.
We felt quite unsafe since it was not possible to lock the front door of the property, so anyone could have come in. When we arrived, we noticed a strong unpleasant smell in our room, it felt a bit unclean and we found that the towels were already wet. The toilet seat doesn't fit properly on the toilet. Overall it didn't quite meet the bare minimum of simple but at least clean and safe.

Traumatic
The front door wouldn't lock properly. Local criminals clearly knew the house. The house was used by drug addicts. There was a fight. We had to escape from the house and buy a holiday inn. No one should stay in this house. I am shocked it was even available on booking.com Me and my partner are both left traumatised from the experience. We spent an hour with the bed pushed against the door and then made an escape as soon as we could. Please for your safety do not stay here.
