Simple; small room ,reasonably comfortable bed, very clean, en suite shower very easy access (key safe).
Shower very small. Difficult to find!! Put up a bigger '40' sign, and maybe an arrow at the end corner of the street.

Very clean and had everything we needed. Parking was a big bonus for us and Mark was very helpful directing us.

Comfy bed, good access to local area, fairly well equipped, modern and clean.
We were not sure of where we should park and didn’t get a reply when we asked about it! The fridge was very noisy as was stood on a table, this was sorted by placing on the floor!! And there wasn’t a mirror near a plug socket, big problem for the ladies!!!🤪a little moving of things around would make a huge difference and create more space too!
