Staff and management aware the building needs a lot of work but it felt cheap and nasty currently

Very friendly owner. Lovely that they put on a continental breakfast.
The beds where awful! They felt like the cheapest spring matress get. Very uncomfortable. No soap or shower products supplied. Very noisy road traffic. Everything just outdated.
