Great location near to transport links. Excellent value. Fresh, clean and comfortable

Very clean and tidy, great instructions for entry. Plenty of available on street parking

Although you could not hear the other rooms, one of the rooms upstairs has squeaky floorboards which can be heard downstairs. Unfortunately an early riser was in there when I stayed. This would not put me off staying again

Easy to get to

Very noisy, cars racing outside, hear everything through the walls in the next rooms. All shared facilities, we thought we had booked a studio.

Good for one night stay

Clean enough, good value for money. Great parking right in front of the house.

As the rooms are in house, and the house is old, you easily hear other guests. Area is safe but very far away from Bristol centre. Ben could have been more comfortable.

What can I say other than, thanks to the member of staff for a quick response. They check up on you time to time to make

Omg it was lovely, neat, lovely environment, very quiet. Home away from home. Super.

It’s so lovely and very peaceful. No noise at all or whatsoever, food at walking distance, local shops, close to amenities. Tesco just about 8-9 mins drive. Everything you need at your finger tip.

It’s was so comfortable. Customer service was super responsive and helpful when the heating wasn’t working. They sent someone immediately to get it sorted.

The place is great value for money - clean, with a fully-equipped shared kitchen (there was a kettle in my room which was nice). The room I was in had an off-suite bathroom, which was clearly communicated beforehand. The bathroom was clean. There were a few nice touches in the room - a breakfast bar, biscuits and chocolate.

The walls weren't very soundproof, can hear noises going on in the house. Didn't realize the private bathroom was off suite was a tad inconvenient. Wouldn't classify the stay as premium imo

Super clean and fresh. Expensive shared spaces stocked with everything a traveler would need.

Everything was great. The only issue was that because the ‘off-suite’ was tight, there’s a sharp edge on the bathroom handle that scrapes tye buttocks. Quite painful!

Great one night stay!

Lovely big kitchen and it was great to have a lockable fridge for each room. Check-in was very easy and flexible.

Bed was comfortable but a little bit small and the room / bathroom was on the small side.

Good Comfortable room

Cleanliness of bathroom, several hairs on floor, sink and shower cubicle. Old used soap bar still left out on sink. Door access code didn't work on arrival, difficult to gain access into house, resolved by phone call. Overall good though.

Wrong codes given, host was spoken to on the phone who gave the correct code Code for fridge given but failed to get in but fortunately other guests kindly let me place my lunch for the next day and milk in their fridge My bin had 4 cans on strongbow in on arrival, and the bed had white dots and brown curly hair (my hair is neither) upon inspection on and under the pillow so I sleep on top of the covers
