Easy access great communication from owner! Was able to park so that was great! Extra treats left tea and breakfast bars! Clean towels and room and bathroom lovely and clean

Everything it was one of the best places I'd stayed in, it was clean and comfortable with some additional extras that you don't get in most places, a couple of bottles of water and a couple of cereal bars, a very nice touch, the bathroom was done to our to a very good standard too, u left my wallet in the room so had to ring the landlord who was very nice and helpful ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Shower was the highlight, its clean, powerful, temperature controlled, and I appreciate having a fan even if it sounds like a hairdryer
The room was boiling hot and never cooled down, it was only 19c the day I stayed but the room felt warmer, I noticed my radiator was on 3 so I turned it down but yeah if you don't like the heat, this place will be an issue. The whole building has a food odour and it comes up from the sinks as well.

The arrival instructions were very clear. Also, we were delighted that there was an electric fan to help us through the hot night. If I was booking this room for one person I would have no complaints.
Sadly, when arriving we were greeted by a man on the street who was clearly on a lot of drugs and due to our late night arrival it really put us off the area - this man had no connection to the property, just an unfortunate circumstance. The room wasn’t big enough for 2 people stay comfortably.
