Very personable and helpful staff . Made my stay both comfortable and enjoyable.

Excellent stay . Service -first class . Clean . Owner very helpful and easy to contact. Room cleaned regularly. Great value for money. Near to reliable public transport network. Trustworthy staff. Overall well worth it. Great Chinese take away right across from property.

Exactly why you need if you just need somewhere to sleep and have a car

I liked the ease of access and comfort of the bed. Also access to TV and that you could park on the street without paying.

The shower is incredibly small, only heated half the time and the doors did not close properly. Everything else absolutely fine for what you pay, but it was impossible to feel relaxed without working shower.

The host/ Admin was great. Extremely helpful and prompt to reply and resolve our issue. Looks like they have had new

Great customer service. Vincent was very responsive and very friendly. The room was very clean and all was as expected. The space is cosy but well adjusted. the surrounding area was quite and not noisy.

The bed was quite springy and noisy so sleeping undisturbed was a little difficult.

In essence a good value room.

Location was easy to find, unfortunately I had little time to explore the immediate area, however conveniently positioned for the meetings I had planned.The single room was well appointed, clean and lots of nice touches with the addional shared amenities more than adequate.

It was extremely hot weather during my stay, the provision of a fan in the room would have made it more comfortable. The en-suite shower room was rather compact.

The property was clean, perfect for a simple night stop over, really polite and helpful owner with great communication. Had what I needed.

Very basic but had everything i needed. Loud music from a local pub until late and quite a few people hanging around in the streets nearby meant I wouldnt feel safe walking around. My soap in the bathroom was a pre used soap which wasnt ideal. Not the best matress

Handy Location Relative to Bristol, Train Links, Early Morning Buses 6 minutes away, As required.

I stayed for one night as a last minute booking due to ongoing rail disruption. Quick to respond with all the details which was very good. Facilities did what I needed in the circumstances Kettle, Wi-Fi, Television. I was very pleasant and very clean

The accommodation represents a cheap and cheerful experience.

The accommodation was just around the corner from my work. There was free on street parking. The cost of the accommodation represented good value for money. There is a clean and well equipped communal kitchen/utility are including washing machine, cooking equipment and refrigerator(s) for all to use. The bed was comfortable. Free toiletries. Room clean to a good standard.

The front door handle/security lock is a serious finger-trap, no matter how you try to articulate it. The stairways are narrow and steep. I couldn't stand upright in the shower due to the slope of the roof. The electric shower was temperamental.
