    My wife and I enjoyed very much our 3 night stay here. The room was spacious ,quiet and well equipped. The breakfast was good but needs more variety particularly for fruit and cereals.

    Friendly staff and good quality hotel with a decent breakfast. Disappointed that the restaurant was not open and the bed mattress was poor with a central sag (reported to reception but nothing done). Otherwise the hotel is certainly recommended for a great stay in Vilnius

    Where do I start. Booked two 23sqm rooms via Agoda. Arrived to find two rooms that were clearly smaller. When I raised this with the front desk, the staff member was flat-out rude — dismissive, argumentative, and unwilling to listen. I showed him my booking confirmation (23sqm, in black and white). I showed him his own hotel's website listing two distinct room sizes. His response? 'This is incorrect.' The hotel was full, he said, so nothing could be done. Speak to the manager in the morning. So I did. Same result. The manager offered a room change at some unspecified later point, but could not refund the difference in room size — apparently third-party bookings mean you're on your own. I gave up. This isn't about a minor inconvenience. This is about being given a lesser product than what was paid for, being spoken to rudely when raising a legitimate complaint, and being passed from pillar to post with no resolution. I'd expect more from any hotel, let alone one at this price point. Not impressed.
