Alles einfach wunderbar! Freundliches Personal, völlige Ruhe für einen erholsamen Schlaf, Klimaanlage, Trinkwasserspender, zwar kein Zimmer mit Meerblick aber dennoch eine herrliche Lage diskret an der Lagune. Sehr nahe beim Bahnhof, ruhige Wohngegend mit etlichen gemütlichen Lokalen am Wasser, manche Vaporetti halten direkt in der Nähe. Kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung vorm Check-In und nach dem Check-Out. Küchenmitbenutzung. Alles sehr sauber. Preislich sehr günstig für Venedig. Könnte noch viel Positives ergänzen.. Habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt, empfehle es gerne weiter, und komme selber gerne wieder! :-)

Clean and simple rooms with good facilities. I appreciated having a kettle and a fridge. The water fountain for still and sparkling water was useful for hydration. The campus is tucked away at the back corner of the island but it is still very easy to get around by boat and made for a quieter, calmer atmosphere than the centre of Venice.

There was a fire alarm at 4am on one of the nights I stayed here. While these things happen, it felt poorly managed - as guests came down from rooms , there was one member of staff telling people it was a false alarm. A bright light continued to flash outside of my room after the drill and the curtains were too thin to obscure this. The AC also goes out for around 3 hours at night which is uncomfortable if you wake up during this time.

The staff were helpful and the drinking water dispenser at the entrance. And that's it.

The bathroom door didn't lock. Even after a technician fixed it. Still the same issue. No hand shower, causing you to literally take shower, even if you want to just wash your feet. The bed roll was sinking so much that we started having back aches. After a tiring day, all you need is to have a good night sleep.
