Superb location. Friendly host. Good AC and solid facilities.

Other roller blind was nonfunctional in the room. Also the bed was slightly crooked as if the bed frame was broken somehow.

We were in Venice during a heat wave. There was good air-conditioning!

It said on the website there was a balcony. We were expecting a balcony where you could sit. It was not big enough to sit on because there was an air-conditioning unit. We were very thankful for the air-conditioning.

Great location, we took the waterbus from the airport and it stops very close to Goldmine, maybe a city block to walk with your luggage. Called the Host on What's App when we got off the waterbus and were able to leave our luggage there early before our check in time. Very helpful.

The guesthouse's location was great. It was very easy to get there from the terminal via Vaporetta. Compared to the chaos in the city center, it was quite a quiet place. Plus, there were nice places to spend time nearby. Alilaguna, which we used to get to the airport, was also very close. Transportation was very convenient. Read the unlikes also.

The room was small. The bed and especially the pillows were very uncomfortable. There were no slippers. There were no foot towels. And most importantly, the idea of ​​an "external bathroom" was terrible. If I have to leave my room to use the bathroom, it doesn't really have a private space. I'm the only one using the bathroom, but I have to pass through a shared area to access it. If it's advertised as private, access to the bathroom should definitely be from inside the room. Dealing with the locks on the bathroom and the room was very annoying.
