Very spacious, has everything we needed, comfortable beds, great location

Lift not working, hasn’t done for four years apparently and the property is up four flights of steps. Didn’t like the fact that the code to get into building and property isn’t changed between parties. We had the next group of guests let themselves in too early while we were still in the property, clearly on the same codes we had been given - does this mean anyone who has stayed can enter the property at any time as the codes aren’t changed? This does need to be looked at. Owner was very apologetic and supportive about this matter.

Great property, great location, perfect for girls night away. Loved the make up stations!

Spacious apartment. Noisy outside late into the night. Apartment was very clean.

I didn't like the fact that after I had booked and paid £190.00 I had to pay a further £60.00 for "damages" that might occur, either that or pay £500.00 deposit. They should state that when you book because it is nothing more than a scam.

The location was ideal, only a 10 minute walk from Piccadilly station and all the sightseeing and partying we did was within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Some very minor wear and tear on floors etc but that's only to be expected in a rental property. The bedrooms were all at the back of the property so there was no noise from Canal Street and the beds were very comfortable. As there were 6 of us, having a door code helped too so we didn't have to share keys. We would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

As the apartment was on the 3rd floor it would have been good if the lift worked.
