Lovely house in fabulous location - great views
Beautifully located, high on the hillside above Nervi, just south of Genoa, with great views across the bay. Comfortable and very spacious two-bedroom house with a quiet garden and pool. The house is accessed by a path, about 5 minutes from the road where there was plenty of space for parking. Local Civico restaurant was great. Good base for touring: Portofino was a 40 minute drive, and we used the (very regular & very convenient) local train to visit the Cinque Terra villages, with great views en route.
The path is mainly flat, but the section nearest the house has a lot of steps - good for those happy with exercise, but not for anyone with accessibility requirements.

Aucun accès en voiture, 15 minutes de marche chaque soir et chaque matin sur un sentier très difficile d'accès avec nos bagages. Attention si vous avez des problèmes de santé. De plus l'information sur cette situation ne m'a été donnée qu'une fois le prélèvement bancaire effectué. Si j'avais eu l'information avant jamais je n'aurais réservé.

Tutto. Piscina stupenda e casa a dir poco enorme e ben fornita.
La quantità di scalini da fare per arrivare alla struttura. Per andare in paese, a piedi, ci vogliono 20 minuti circa e le strade sono tutte in discesa con gradini grandi, ma tornare all’appartamento è davvero faticoso. Bisogna essere un po’ allenati o fare diverse pause. Lato positivo è la fermata del pullman sulla strada, dove si può parcheggiare la macchina, che porta in paese.

Piccola e gradevole avventura
Posto bellissimo, immerso nel verde. Casa pulita lenzuola ed asciugamani profumatissimi. I gestori, che dire sempre disponibili per qualsiasi dubbio consiglio o aiuto!!! Esperienza davvero gradevole!
Unica pecca la strada per il mare e per raggiungere la casa, senza bagagli poco o per nulla faticosa con i bagagli o con bimbi piccoli (come successo a noi) abbastanza impegnativa. Con un attimo di organizzazione comunque fattibile. In oltre ci sono delle navette a 5 minuti dalla casa molto comode per arrivare alle spiagge.

Le cadre est très joli, l’appartement très bien équipé, et la piscine est un plus non négligeable ! 🙂 Les propriétaires nous ont beaucoup aidé pour nous guider durant notre séjour 🙂
Le chemin d’accès est très difficile pour des non sportif, surtout avec les valises, je pense qu’il serait bien de le préciser dans l’annonce.
