Everything was good. Some points to make it better: charger for Xbox controller. Nice smelling fabric softener should be used for bedding.

Lovely house in quiet area but needs a lot of TLC.

Quiet location, but spoilt by a regular banging noise during the night.

The cleaning standards need addressing, mattresses and pillows need replacing. Two of the bedroom radiators didn’t work. Double glazing needs replacing as it let draughts in. The shower on its own was so gross looking that no one would use it. The whole place needs decorating and stair and hall carpet needs replacing. Settees were uncomfortable. Clip on the side of the hoover was broken. No dishwasher tablets, washing powder etc, washing up liquid, dish clothes, cleaning products or tea towels. Downstairs toilet has a bowl to collect drips which we had to empty several times to avoid a small flood and when you flushed it the whole unit moved. Back garden was unusable as the grass hadn’t been cut for ages, it was all overgrown and even had large broken off branches on the grass area. There was even one of the glass tumblers at the top of the garden full of water that had green algae on it! Bedside lights didn’t work and some light bulbs needed replacing. The key lock was jammed so we had to wait a hour and a half for someone to get to us. When we messaged about the dishwasher tablets etc, some were sent to us that evening, along with a usb charger for the bedside lights, but unfortunately it didn’t fit and nothing was said about the radiators that were not working. Front parking area needs a good weeding and windows and doors need cleaning.

Great property, will definitely rebook again

The property was in a great location, so close to city centre travel was cheap and easy. The rooms were really nice and spacious great for the group of people who stayed and very comfortable.

Only downside was the heating upstairs not working in the bedrooms

Good option close to city centre in nice neighbourhood

Nice and roomy. Nice neighbourhood, felt safe. Clean bedding and bathrooms towels and nice toiletries.

It was a bit tired. Arial cables cut, pool table slopes badly. Lots of light bulbs missing or not working. Under the kitchen table was very dirty but the rest of the house seemed ok. Mattresses were very cheap and not supportive.

Absolutely brilliant dont mind going back

The entertainment and facilities well worth the stay and money The beds were brilliant so comfortable and cosy to sleep in Had all appliances for cooking and dining

They only had one bin so difficult to tell which waste went where Instructions on how to use appliances e.g. dish washer and wash machine Not all doors would close and bathroom door won’t lock

The location was good ,Parking was easy and convenient. Living room was comfortable and cozy .

Could have been better if there was a bit of more bed space along with extra sheet and pillows. No bedding provided for sofa beds, which were very uncomfortable. No cupboard space, so living out of a suitcase!!

Aweful and disappointing.

Space..size

Poor customer service. Wrote two emails before travelling and no reply.. phoned tand texted for some clarification and still no reply. Arrived and met cleaner cleaning the accommodation and I asked to speak to manager. He promised to phone me back and never did. Showers were awful. Could not control the temperature.. not safe to use..only one out of the six adults and two children was able to shower. Shower malfunctioning..water suddenly stops coming out from the shower head. We attended our occasion tge next day without shower..awful and uncomfortable. Very bad experience Very usage shower to use

The beds were very soft, especially in the downstairs room. Perhaps better lighting in the kitchen.

Nice apartment just lacks on cleanliness

Good location close to the racecourse,, very spacious apartment.

Rubbish down the side of the draws,, stained carpets,, clothes left in drawers ,, tv didn’t reach the plug socket,, no light bulb on the stairway,, mouldy bread in the cupboards

definitely recommend staying!

i have stayed in a few accommodations in leicester due to travelling there to visit family regularly our stay here was perfect from start to finish, property is clean and well maintained it's like a home from home i stayed with my children and they felt comfortable and didn't want to leave in the end. On arrival we met samuel and mario the hosts they are very polite are amazing couldn't praise them enough they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable I would definitely recommend staying here as we will definitely be booking again!

Localização muito boa! Perto de todos os lugares que queríamos visitar com lugar de estacionamento. Jardim grande e bonito. Tudo limpo, decoração bonita, cozinha enorme. Adoramos a nossa estadia! O anfitrião foi sempre muito simpático e preocupado com o nosso bem estar!
