The peace and quietness, and the room was a decent size room.
Bathroom mat was dirty. For the price paid I expected a bit more customer service/convenience, such as tea/coffee and milk. Also the curtains couldn`t close properly, so there was a big gap for light to come through at night. Bed had a dip in the mattrass, which wasn`t comfortable.

Great location and a warm, spacious room.
The mattress was a bit uncomfotable and the front door lock/key was stiff, probably not helped by the cold temperature though.

Check-in was nice and easy, with a detailed text message and email from the owner, regarding obtaining the keys from the lock-box, and general guidelines for my stay in the accommodation.
The room was nice and clean, very spacious, the bed comfortable, and the ensuite bathroom making my stay more comfortable.
The house is in a pleasant position in the cul-de-sac, and parking was not a problem on the road outside.
There is a large living/dining room/kitchen on the ground floor, which I did not really use, however, as I was not at the property during the day or early evening. I also can't comment on the bedding or towels, as I always prefer to take my own when staying away from home.
Overall, I am happy with my stay at the property, thank you.
There is no kettle in the room, and I felt a little self-conscious when walking around the room late at night, or early morning, with another room just below mine, but I have no real issues with the room or the property - thank you for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
