A nice, modern spacious room in a very convenient location for visiting Glenfield.

Great location and a warm, spacious room.

The mattress was a bit uncomfotable and the front door lock/key was stiff, probably not helped by the cold temperature though.

Overall it was ok for just 2 nights, but a bit pricy for what was offered.

The peace and quietness, and the room was a decent size room.

Bathroom mat was dirty. For the price paid I expected a bit more customer service/convenience, such as tea/coffee and milk. Also the curtains couldn`t close properly, so there was a big gap for light to come through at night. Bed had a dip in the mattrass, which wasn`t comfortable.

A pleasant and comfortable stay.

Check-in was nice and easy, with a detailed text message and email from the owner, regarding obtaining the keys from the lock-box, and general guidelines for my stay in the accommodation. The room was nice and clean, very spacious, the bed comfortable, and the ensuite bathroom making my stay more comfortable. The house is in a pleasant position in the cul-de-sac, and parking was not a problem on the road outside. There is a large living/dining room/kitchen on the ground floor, which I did not really use, however, as I was not at the property during the day or early evening. I also can't comment on the bedding or towels, as I always prefer to take my own when staying away from home. Overall, I am happy with my stay at the property, thank you.

There is no kettle in the room, and I felt a little self-conscious when walking around the room late at night, or early morning, with another room just below mine, but I have no real issues with the room or the property - thank you for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Nice accommodation in Leicester

All you need from a place to sleep. Huge kitchen and living room. During the day I was out in the town but the evenings we’re comfortable. The property has four bedrooms so groups of people can stay. But I was alone, I like alone

This is just a personal issue, the mattress was too soft, it affected my back the first night. I solved the problem with a well placed pillow, of which I had two.

Don’t stay here.

I booked a private bathroom and did not get it. Manager tells me it’s Booking.coms fault and she “rang” them for 2.5 hours and said they would contact me but never did. I left early. Bathroom was filthy other guests seem unable to use flush. Very noisy house. 11pm one night manager rang me to ask who is smoking ganja in the house, I was asleep. There is parking but I never got a space. Uncomfortable bed with 1 rock pillow. Don’t stay here!

Beware the single room... was clean but

The room was clean and the sheets on the bed freshly washed, the room well warmed up. Parking space outside comfortable

Private bathroom, as described, was instead at the ground floor and there was no mirror in it if you wanted to shave or to comb your hair.1 sigle bed too soft for my taste, no bed side lamp because, and this was the top, there were no electric plugs anywhere, so if you wanted to recharge your phone you had to drop it at the ground floor. I am suitable for minimalistic solution but in this case I didn t like that that I wasn't informed about all that. There were looking like deviant informations maybe because the other rooms were more comfortable and matching the descriptions. This i don t know in any case room n 3 is what I have described. I run away after the first night out of five reserved and payed, not even discussing with the manger the topic losing happily my money..i just wanted to escape the sooner
