The bio trash from the previous guest was not taken out so the kitchen smelled. When we messaged the concierge asking for the trash to be taken out, we were told where the bin is and to take it out ourselves. It is not our job to take out the smelly trash from the previous guest. The apartment is in new construction so Google maps would not navigate us to the exact address the host sent us. It was frustrating after a long drive but eventually we found the host. There were no clear check out instructions. We told the host we were leaving at 0930 and needed instructions on what to do with the keys. The reply was "yes" our questioned was never answered and he did not answer the phone when we tried to call. We waited around for 30 minutes with no word. We resorted to hiding the key under the welcome mat.

Very clean, 20mins to the Center, state of the art facilities to ensure the stay is comfortable.

Very poor service with a sense of arrogance from the staff/ personell- (both the owner and the guy handing over the keys)I had asked for an early check in which was rejected and this is fine . A staff then granted us an earlier check in for 2pm so we went to the meeting point at 2pm, we waited in the rain and he came to receive us but he didn’t get there on time . When we asked that it wasn’t okay that he kept us waiting in the rain , rather than apologise for the delay , he said he cannot move faster than the traffic and was doing us a favor. I told him not to talk to us that way. He got angry refusing to grant the earlier check in and left us in the rain for a couple more hours and said we must now wait for the 4pm check in. Another staff with another company ( not Le Palmier ) was kind enough to let us into a yard having seen that we had been drenched in the rain for hours and she was shocked by the poor treatment. It just shows that staff make the experience good or terrible . I could have easily let this go since we eventually had help, but I am hoping that it helps someone else to see that even though the area is nice , the staff and treatment is very poor as though they had no training on treating customers. They didn’t even seem to care about the money we paid . The owner said he would cancel our reservation if we kept insisting that the person handing the keys had to be polite or if we demanded to be treated in a particular manner . This is the first time I experienced egoistic personelle at this level where they didn’t care one bit or if negative feedback from us would make influence others.
