L'accueil très sympathique. L'emplacement proche du lac et pas très loin du centre. Appartement calme, lumineux avec un box fermé pour la voiture.

Amazing flat with great views and location ~10min walk from the city center! Clean and well equipped - overall very good value for money and would recommend

Steep walk to get to the flat due to the building location on a hill, which made it difficult with an older person. No road indications or numbers on the garages / houses when inside the complex which made it a little more difficult to find the place

the localisation is perfect; nice view, great area to explore (by foot); the host Ophélie was great, very charming and welcoming. thank you!

all in all clean; but the sheets weren't that clean (some red spots), also some hairs on the floor or spots on the stove. deposit from 590€ is too much and should be released immediately after check-out (not 3 days later). the checkin and checkout must be planned, with kids sometimes it's not that easy to find the perfect timing (but again: Ophélie the host did great and made everything easy!); the beds are very simple and not comfortable at all; seems to be very synthetic, we were sweating after one minute sitting (!) on the bed although it wasn't hot in the room (in the morning) - not breathable at all. the bedsofa is even worse / uncomfortable for sleeping. the room gets very hot during summer days (no matter if you let fresh air in in the morning and close the blinds afterwards). it was not relaxing at all to stay in the appartment. further there should be free soap provided in the bathroom as well as unlimited toilet paper (not just 2 rolls; you have to buy more in a supermarket 15' walk away...). the building seems very modern and luxury from outside and on the photos provided. they're correct, but anyway it feels a lot cheaper in reality. for uss overall an okay stay, but not more and definitely not worth 275€ a night (for us). a fair price for us would be 100€ less per night.
