Architektonisch ultramodern gebaut. Die geschlossene Anlage bietet eine Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang zu den Wohnungen. Der See ist zu Fuß in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Dort kann man das öffentliche Strandbad nutzen, sich ein Segelboot oder SUP ausleihen. Auch die Altstadt ist nicht weit entfernt. Der Blick über den See ist fantastisch und die Straßen rund herum sind nicht so stark befahren, so dass man in der Nacht auch mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann.

Bel appartement avec garage privatif en sous-sol et local collectif pour vélos. Le tout donc bien sécurisé

Dommage que le garage ne puisse pas accueillir en plus de la voiture les vélos.

Clean, tidy and spacious. Close to town and canals but down a decent slope/stairs and not a logical building set-up. Carpark tight if anything bigger than a normal car/ med. SUV.

Check-in instructions were complex and worsened by remote garage door opener not working - I by chance figured out using sensor manually worked at 8pm in the rain! I told them immediately and it was never fixed so had to do so manually for the stay. Bin and two internal blinds left broken in room and when I informed them (so as not to be blamed) they emailed me several times and wanted pics and to come and fix them - external blinds worked though. Smoke alarm beeped randomly. Checkout also frustrating. Wanted to come to us at 1015. We were ready at 10. She came at 1025. Very frustrating when I just wanted to leave the keys and NOT wait!!!
