Great little apartment a short walk to the town centre. Was very clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Entrance and car park were a little hard to find initially but once we had the keys was convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Apartment was bright, modern and spacious, with a nice balcony area. It's location was perfect to access Annecy old town and the lake. The underground parking was a bit awkward and we had a problem with the door to our garage, the remote control became faulty and our car was stuck inside for 2 days.
The telephone help line was rarely answered by anyone, I had to leave countless voicemail messages and no one ever phoned me back. We lost 2 days through our car being stuck in the garage, which was totally unnecessary as all it required was a key to open it which they could have brought immediately after we notified them.
