Amazing location no need for car. Host was lovely told us about the best restaurants so that we could avoid the tourist traps.

The apartament had the best possible location with a big parking just down the street. We just had to walk out the door to be in old town and a few mins away from all the classical views Annecy is known for. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We got some really good recommendations about restaurants and beaches. Closest beach is only a 10min walk. We were greated with cold rosé in the fridge - much appreciated! It was +35C during our stay in Annecy but with the AC in the apartament it wasnt a problem 😄

From the moment we arrived in Annecy the owners of the property, Tim and Maile were excellent. They were on hand to answer any questions or to give good recommendations. The property was so centrally located in Annecy. We could leave our car in the local car park, which is nearby and walk to both beaches, go shopping go out for dinner near the river. We couldn’t have asked for a better located property. A Beautiful modern flat in an historic building The owners had thought of everything there were toiletries, Nespresso coffee pods, there was tea, sugar and even a beautiful bottle of wine! Initially, we were a bit worried because the weather had turned really sunny & hot (32°), but there was air-conditioning too! My husband and I stayed in the bedroom upstairs and my 16 year-old slept on the really large and spacious sofa bed in the main room. We will definitely be returning to Annecy as it was such a beautiful place with so many things to do.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. It really was the perfect property, in the most amazing central location!

I spent the weekend in Annecy, France, with my wife, and we stayed in an apartment owned by Maile. She is a great host. We immediately felt at home. She was very helpful and gave us excellent tips for restaurants and local amenities, including where to rent bikes. The apartment itself is perfectly situated, very close to the city center and literally just a few steps from the lake. We really enjoyed the entire weekend and appreciated having such a cozy apartment for ourselves. Maile even left us a bottle of wine in the fridge, which was a very nice touch. Everything was super clean. You can immediately notice that the host likes order and that everything has its place. There was absolutely nothing missing in the apartment. The only small point I would mention is that we would have appreciated a slightly bigger bed, as it felt a little tight for two people.
