The Boat

Secure Parking, size of apartment, facilities within, balcony, host, location close to old town centre and lake, all great.

The only slight downside was the noise from the traffic when on the balcony or if doors left open, though well insulated from sounds when closed, also no aircon (or if there was, it was innefective)

great communication from the host who met us and showed us the whole apartment. when we couldn't find extra garbage bags or laundry detergent, she brought us some. the place was perfect for our family. AC was GREAT during the heatwave. The place had a great view and felt very home-y for us and our two little kids. Quick walk to the town center, bakery, and lake. Easy to bike around Annecy and the surrounding area. We felt very comfortable, as if it were like our own private vacation home. There was something peaceful about coming back every afternoon to make lunch, get the kids to nap, do some laundry after the morning swim, and drying the towels outside while looking at the mountains.

We liked it all. Only minor issue, which was resolved, was the lack of extra garbage bags and laundry detergent. The kids room dresser was also a bit flimsy but we didn't use it much.

Tolle Lage, nahe beim Zentrum. Grosser Balkon, gute Betten und eigener Parkplatz 👍🏻

Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber, in der Küche war es eklig, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Besteckschublade, alles war schmutzig. Auch der Fussboden wurde wohl kaum gereinigt, wir hatten kaum angekommen, schwarze Füsse! Und die Haare vom Vormieter auf dem Nachttisch waren auch nicht sehr appetitlich! Wer gerne bei offenen Fenstern schläft, ist hier an der falschen Adresse. Die Strasse gleich neben dem Haus ist sehr gut befahren, es ist wirklich laut.
