A disappointing apartment and experience.

The apartment was close to a busy road/roundabout so sitting out on the tiny terrace was not an option. We found the apartment and terrace grubby, everything required a good clean and sort out, there was lots of junk in drawers and old food in the kitchen. No air conditioning plus noisy road did not work for us. In our opinion the decor was dark and depressing, the rug in the lounge looked dirty and at least 10 years old plus the overall building was pretty soulless. Sadly our experience was not great.

Clean, spacious, well equipped apartment near Annecy centre.

Very clean, spacious modern apartment with good facilities. Full kitchen and washing machine very helpful. Close to Annecy centre, but it is up a steep hill.

The terrace overlooks the busy road and roundabout, not the lake, so it’s quite noisy to sit out on. The apartment could do with a visitor information book, as I had to message the owner several times to work things out (eg which garage and how to access, where were the bins etc)

Check in service and instructions, balcony was not clean, hard to clean kitchen utensils with no tea towels to dry , lack of soap in bathrooms ,perhaps let people know what the garage number that would be a great help. Simple complaints but would make your stay much better if they were addressed.

Perfect location for Annecy Vacation Stay

It was rather difficult to collect the keys. coordination was difficult both collecting and dropping the keys. the concierge was not able to speak english. nevertheless managed. all ok. Thanks. The property, views, comfort was great

There could be more information on where to find the cutlery drawer, internet details and bins- but the owner was very responsive to my questions which was much appreciated.

Functional

Location was easy to get into Annecy

The traffic ... Constant noise and pollution. I wouldn't call the terrace beautiful when it looks directly onto this main road which is constantly full of nose to tail traffic. The lack of air conditioning or fan meant we had to keep the window open at night or swelter so it was impossible to escape the traffic noise.

Très bel appartement proche centre ville

Très bel appartement prestations de qualité Superbe immeuble Route passante devant mais tres bien isolé. Proche du centre ville à pied Parking appréciable

Chauffage collectif donc pas de chauffage pendant notre séjour il ne faisait pas très chaud pas de chauffage d'appoint dans la salle de bain bruit gênant dans une chambre à cause du frigo de la cuisine . Ça vibre dans toute la chambre Pente assez raide à pied pour revenir à pied de la ville Terrasse donne sur une route bruyante .

Logement très bien situé et agréable.

Le concierge avait 35 min de retard. Il prévient en disant qu'il aura 5 à 10 min. Au bout de 20 min je lui demande où il est et il me repond j'arrive, pour arriver 15 min plus tard en trottinette, Moyen de transport qui évite les bouchons. Juste pour une remise des clés, une vidéos et codes d'accès par message. Pas d'état des lieux, pas plus d'explications. Et se permet de faire des reflexions comme C'est les vacances, on se détend, qu'il vient de donner des cles à des suisses qui ont mieux compris que nous, que toutes les explications sont sur booking, qu'on a eu de la chance de trouver un logement sur Annecy, J'aurai du vous donner RDV à 18h (personnellement j'aurai préféré car je ne me serai pas préssée pour les courses),... Et j'en passe. Aucune remise en question. Quand on vient de faire 600 km en voiture, que l'on vvient pour 5jours, on n'a pas envie d'attendre sur un parking que l'on vienne nous donner un trousseau sans explication. Ensuite lave vaisselle non vidé, poussière, bouilloire qui ne fonctionne pas, prise cassée. Pas assez de vaisselle pour 6 personnes.

Très bon séjour, malgré quelques détails négligés

Appartement récent, en bon état et très bien équipé ( à part l'absence de petites cuillères ). Dans ce quartier, en fin de travaux et démuni de place de parking le long des rues, le garage est un vrai service. Lac et centre ville accessibles à pied, ce qui est très pratique. Une petite vue latérale sur le lac est appréciable.

Le ménage n'était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes, sans doute fait un peu à la va-vite. ( nous avons donné un coup d'aspirateur dans le séjour avant de nous installer ). De même l'intervenant ne semble pas être un adepte du torchon à poussière, de même qu'il doit estimer qu'en hiver, il n'est pas utile de nettoyer la terrasse. Tout cela est un peu dommage. Concernant la terrasse, elle n'a pas beaucoup été utilisée compte tenu de la météo un peu fraiche, mais également parce qu'elle donne sur un carrefour très passant et donc bruyant ( heureusement le bruit est correctement atténué par les fenêtres et portes fenêtres ). Pas d'informations pour régler le chauffage, ce qui conduit à une température un peu légère en fin de nuit dans la chambre.
