Route passante devant mais tres bien isolé.
Proche du centre ville à pied
Parking appréciable
Chauffage collectif donc pas de chauffage pendant notre séjour il ne faisait pas très chaud pas de chauffage d'appoint dans la salle de bain
bruit gênant dans une chambre à cause du frigo de la cuisine . Ça vibre dans toute la chambre
Pente assez raide à pied pour revenir à pied de la ville
Terrasse donne sur une route bruyante .

Very clean, spacious modern apartment with good facilities. Full kitchen and washing machine very helpful. Close to Annecy centre, but it is up a steep hill.
The terrace overlooks the busy road and roundabout, not the lake, so it’s quite noisy to sit out on.
The apartment could do with a visitor information book, as I had to message the owner several times to work things out (eg which garage and how to access, where were the bins etc)

Location
Check in service and instructions, balcony was not clean, hard to clean kitchen utensils with no tea towels to dry , lack of soap in bathrooms ,perhaps let people know what the garage number that would be a great help. Simple complaints but would make your stay much better if they were addressed.
