V well located, within 10 min to old town. The apartment is safe, clean and well maintained. The WiFi works great and hot water is 24/7. The manager is available by chat via booking app and they reply v quickly. You get very good and detailed instructions for arrival and departure. There is a v safe underground garaged parking.
Nothing not to like. It is pricey but ok for the town and holiday period. There is a hassle factor in driving down to the garage to park. The garage is ok for golf sized cars but for a longer and bigger car you may struggle. Make sure your car has the camera when in reverse. But we got better at it after 2 days. Still it is not easy as quickly jumping out in the car. Would I rent it again? V likely.

Perfect gelegen tussen meer en oude stad
Er was op 1 augustus een jaarlijks feest. Dat wisten we niet. We moesten meer dan een uur omrijden om bij appartement te komen. Hadden we graag vooraf geweten.

The instructions were very clear. Just struggled to get the front door open the right way, but luckily someone was inside and noticed my incompetence. Only other issue is that the main road is rather busy at the end of the day, and the loading bay was full, so anxiety was running high in the car after a full days drive. But once we got the right place and keys and settled in, all was very clear and perfect place to explore Annecy from.

Extremely difficult to communicate with host. Manager was not very helpful finding solutions to problems like finding a place where to buy provisions nearby. Also lack of information about operations of the gadgets in the apartment
