About this apartment rental
Located at the entrance of the center of Annecy, 300 m from Lake Annecy, 15 minutes walk from the train station and close to all shops.
You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass along the lake) in less than 5 minutes on foot.
In a new building, discover a carefully decorated apartment, ideal for 2 people and can accommodate up to 4 people, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with toilet.
The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed 160x200 cm (Queen) and plenty of storage space
The living room offers a sofa bed 140x200 cm (Double) and a TV with international channels.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high speed WiFi
Linen will be provided for your stay.
⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Perfect location and spacious apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The shower could use some work. I know it’s hard to find a shower that makes sense in Europe…. Maybe just a shower curtain could help? Garage door did not shut but the car was still in a safe place.
Overall, nice stay.

Chevets trop minimalistes dans la chambre.
Manque de patères, assise et rangements dans la salle d'eau alors qu'il y a grandement la place.

This flat is modern, and the kitchen well equipped, but it lacks any charm whatsoever. Access is up a very busy road, right to the top. There's a certain view from the balcony, but the road noise is very disturbing (at least for us). So sleeping with the windows open at night is not great. For us it was a disappointing rental, of a flat clearly bought for the sole purpose of renting.
