+ By train: 20 mins’ walk from the station.
+ By bus: 15 mins from the station (the bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. Please note that the hill leading up to the residence is difficult to climb with luggage)

⏰ Check-in is available daily from 4 pm to 9 pm.
After 9 pm, if you are unable to arrange your own arrival, a surcharge of €20 will apply.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4 pm. We’ll only be able to confirm this on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not being taken over that same evening.
🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly recommend using the “Lockin” luggage storage facility at 2 Rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety

My partner and I had a wonderful time in this appartement. It is vey cosy and the host are very friendly. And the lac is only at 3 minutes (walking). We recommend!
