Bel emplacement, à la fois proche de la vieille ville mais suffisamment éloigné pour ne pas subir les nuisances sonores. Disposer d'une place de parking est un atout à Annecy. Le garage à vélos sécurisé.
La rue pour accéder au logement est régulièrement saturée.

Le logement est bien situé avec une vue dégagée et agréable. Il est bien équipé pour cuisiner sur place si besoin. Le parking fermé est un vrai plus à Annecy. La communication est parfaite et la récupération des clés facile.

Good location, parking garage and air conditioning during a few very hot days. The property is in a new(ish) block of flats with good insulation between the outside and the adjacent neighbours. Great communication with the concierge.
The property is overdue maintenance: shower room leaks (shower hose as well), the dishwasher cutlery tray was broken and the condition of the nonstick pans in particular is very poor. In the afternoon it took sometimes 20-30min to drive from the motorway to the property - traffic between 10am and 7pm is a nightmare.
