Bright, spacious apartment.
Peaceful and relaxing.
Small but cosy balcony.
Lovely view from the balcony.
Short walk downhill to the beach.
10 minute walk to the old city.
Secure building so felt safe.
Plenty of facilities in the apartment: washing machine, dish washer, iron and ironing board, clothes horse.
Small library of books and games in the living room.
Portable fans (vital as there is no air conditioning)
The agent dealing with us was very responsive and friendly.
No soap in the toilet and bathroom. (I added the complimentary shower gel to the empty bottle)
The bathroom always smelled musty, due to no fan or window.
Washing capsule : one provided but it dissolved before we could use it.
Location difficulty: we had walked to the location given from the train station and we still weren't in the correct location. I tried to book a taxi for my departure and using my location, it used a different number to the number we had been given. Some clarity would be good.
Steep walk from this destination anywhere.

Lage ist top, Ausblick und sehr modern/ neu.
Ausstattung hätte ein wenig umfänglicher sein können, z.B. "Basics" in der Küche wie z.B. Salz und Pfeffer

L’emplacement est super avec vue sur le lac et à proximité de la ville. L’espace dans l’appartement est agréable et le garage indispensable. L’appartement est neuf est très propre. La personne qui a nous accueillis est très sympathique .
L’appartement n’est pas climatisé et la faible hauteur des fenêtre ne permet pas de laisser ouvert la nuit. Malgre des températures très raisonnables à l’extérieur , nous avions 26 dans l’appartement .
Le lit de la chambre est petit et très dur mais.
La douche est petite malgré une grande salle d’eau PMR
Les accès piétons permettant de rejoindre facilement la ville ne sont pas terminés et donc inaccessibles. La sortie se fait par le garage et la route en pente très raide . Pas facile pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou les poussettes.

Appartement lumineux et proche du centre ville d'Annecy où nous nous sommes rendus à pied. Box fermé inclus dans la location, un vrai plus car il est difficile de se garer dans Annecy.
L'appartement était propre et avait peut être été fait à fond mais cela avait dû être fait il y a quelques temps car l'appartement ne semblait pas avoir été utilisé récemment.
