This house is an absolute dream! I couldn't think of one possible thing that wasn't there that we needed. From beach gear to kitchen stuff and everything in between this house has it all and then some. It's decorated beautifully and was immaculate. Chris is so friendly and responsive. We can't wait to book this property next year.

We had a great stay here and would recommend to anyone! Chris, the host, was so responsive, kind and helpful to us as we didn’t know the area well. He offered lots of recommendations on where to go to eat and fun things to do with the kids and such. The large wraparound deck was awesome. We enjoyed eating out on the deck for meals. The house is really nicely appointed and fully updated with beautiful and unique pieces. He bought lots of beach toys for the kids; there are three beach wagons, lots of beach chairs, a ton of kid bikes, and a few adult cruiser bikes along with lots of games/badminton and books/toys for kids. My kids loved the boat themed bunkbed. Loved how there was a brand new washer and dryer there to use along with air purifiers, lots of dishes/kitchen ware, and cozy blankets. The hoses on the ground level and on the deck, made it easy to rinse the sand off. The restaurants in Milton are about 15 minutes away, and we got food at the Broadkill store, 2 mins away. It’s about a five minute walk from house to beach. One of the beach days on the bay beach, the green flies were bad and biting but not bad the other days. It depends which way the wind is blowing. If wind comes from the east, they are not bad. The bay water was so calm and warm, sand so soft. It is perfect for families with young kids because you don’t have to worry about the big waves. We were the only ones on the private bay beach at times, which made it even more relaxing and special. Book it!
