About this house rental
This pet friendly home in Broadkill Beach is just under two blocks to the beach.
Enter on the ground level into a fun sleeping area for the kids with a bunk bed, trundle bed and a streaming TV.
The second floor is the main living floor with a kitchen and dining area. This floor also has a bedroom with a Queen bed as well as full bathroom.
The top floor has two additional bedrooms - one with a Queen and the second with a Twin/Double bunk bed. This floor also has a full bathroom.
An easy walk to the beach for days of sun and fun and then come back to the house for a dinner and games.
Linens are not included but you may opt in for a linen rental service.
3 night minimum bookings all year long.
Dog Friendly with non-refundable fee and signed addendum (1 dog allowed unless previous approval from owner) Ask your agent for details.
Kayak and bikes available for guest use with signed addendum.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

We had a great time at Broadkill Beach. The house was the perfect size for our group (8 adults) and just a short walk to a quiet beach and the general store. Beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, kayak, bikes are all available for use. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cooking necessities. The linen rental service was OK, and it's possible the comforters and bathmats are not washed between guests as they are not collected.

The house was wonderful. We were excited to find bikes and kayaks to use. We used the fire pit multiple times and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor decks. A unique beach experience because it was very isolated and we had the beach to ourselves. The waves were so gentle and we were able to walk so far out. The house had lots of extra supplies, like flour, marshmallow roasting sticks, etc. Which made our stay that much nicer. I highly recommend.
