About this house rental
Relax with the whole family at this lovely and peaceful beachfront home located on the scenic Broadkill Beach in Delaware.
Park underneath the shaded car ports and additional parking on the side, for a total of four cars.
Then walkup to the new wrap-around Trex deck that was just added in 2026 with panoramic views of the ocean with another set of stairs leading directly to the beach walkway path. Head inside to the dining and living rooms with views of the ocean and a full kitchen.
The house has four spacious bedrooms, including three queen beds, one king bed, and a two cozy bunk beds, comfortably sleeping 12. There is a half bath on the main floor and a full bath tucked away inside the master bedroom. A laundry room with full washer and dryer is located upstairs, next to a large, two sink bathroom. Two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed, face directly to the beach. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed as well as two sets of twin bunk beds. Enjoy a pleasant atmosphere with heating and air conditioning throughout the house provided by quiet and yet efficient mini-split AC/heat pumps downstairs and a central duct system upstairs.
Lounge in the recently renovated sunroom with new windows and flooring, providing sweeping views of the ocean. Then just walk right outside to the deck and down the steps to the beach. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water for those who just want to rinse off or freshen up quickly.
Primehook National Wildlife Refuge is a 5 min drive to check out nature trails and osprey nests surrounded by trees and water, and a 15 -20 min drive leads to Lewes Beach, Cape Henlopen Park, and Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, for more beach, nature scenery, Ferry ride to Cape May, restaurants and nightlife fun!
Please note that the rentals are weekly from Sat-Sat at the end of June, in July and August.
