With complimentary kayaks, explore the tranquil bay and create unforgettable family memories. Golfers will delight in the nearby Rookery Golf Club, while downtown Milton beckons with its historic charm and lively atmosphere. And with Lewes and Rehoboth Beach just a short drive away, your coastal getaway awaits.
$250 Non-refundable pet fee per pet, dogs only. 2 dog max. Aggressive dogs are not permitted.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $299.04.

1 King, 1 Queen. 1 Double & 1 Single, 1 Bunk Bed w/ Trundle, 1 Queen Sleep Sofa.
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. I'd say the check-in/check-out process was easy and painfree. Location was great. The home had a good layout, but certain features were not operating properly. Toilet paper dispensers broken, smoke detectors hanging off the wall, grill brush broken in two pieces, etc. A little TLC would go a long way with this property. Also, found many clothes from previous tenants. Overall, a good experience.

Check in and out was very easy. Loved the easy walk to the beach and the access to the kayaks. Kitchen had all the needed items - toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, serving spoons, pot holders, etc. Great suggestion to bike at the state park. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the very hard queen bed mattress. We couldn't use it. All the other beds/mattresses were fine. Otherwise it would be a place I would go to again.

We loved staying at the Funky Flip Flop! It had great beach access, lots of water toys and the owner was available to answer questions as needed. The beach was almost empty, and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet!

The positives about the property was having a four bedroom at Beautiful Broadkill Beach, the check in and check out process was very easy and we loved the boardwalk that leads to the beach. Unfortunately, the house smelled awful upon arrival and wasn’t clean. The place needs a deep cleaning as there were bugs, dust and grime on the walls of the kitchen. As much as we tried cleaning the kitchen table it has a gross sticky layer on it so we borrowed a tablecloth from our aunt who lives in Milton. For the cost of the rental the home could use some updates too. Definitely hire a new cleaner is my advice.
