Amazing property, amazing view. I do wish towels, sheets, blankets, etc. was provided, but there is a lot that is provided besides that. Wish I could’ve stayed an entire week! Host is reliable and effective with her communication. 10/10…would recommend

This dog-friendly beach front property is a new build located on one of Delaware's raw beaches along the Prime Hook Nature Preserve. It boasts great views with multiple decks and plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the view both inside and out. My family and I traveled with our dog and kids, there were plenty of spaces and bathrooms to go around, a fenced yard, and easy clean up surfaces and flooring in the home. The kids truly enjoyed the upstairs gaming and entertainment area, the fire pit, the yard, and the decks.The adults were so happy that the beach was a short walk, we also enjoyed the available kitchen appliances, many provided amenities, kid friendly serveware, and the views. We had an enjoyable stay and would likely plan to return again. The owner is quick to respond and provides a lot of useful items. I recommend staying here!The only thing we would change is we could was the weather and the bugs, we've visited Broadkill once before, so we did know to expect Horshue Crabs and some biting flies. Pack some geranium based bug spray or similar to combat the biting flies.

This is a new house that is right on the beach with beautiful views of Delaware Bay. The appliances are top of the line and it is very nicely decorated. The beds are super comfortable. We brought our own linens because we were only using the two king beds but the mattresses are deep so I should have brought my deeper sheets. Also, we opted not to have the linen package but that was a mistake because I did not realize it would have included kitchen linens and bath mats. If we stay again we will choose the linen package. The house has four floors and there are retractable baby gates on every level which was so nice as we brought our 2 year old grandson. Another nice feature are the garages-especially on hot days. The area is very quiet which is what we were looking for on this beach trip. We took day trips to Lewes and Rehoboth which are close by and good for walking around. This house was perfect for this long weekend getaway.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is absolutely gorgeous and thoughtfully decorated with beautiful furniture and charming vintage touches that made it feel warm and unique. The views from the decks and the rooftop loft were spectacular—we were even lucky enough to see dolphins several times!Lisa was an exceptional host and responded promptly to every question we had, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to return and highly recommend this property.
