Enter from the ground level into a space perfect for bike and beach chair storage. Take the exterior stairs up one level to the main entrance. This home, formerly two separate apartments, has double the living space and TWO kitchens. The main level has two bedrooms and one full bathroom in addition to a living room, dining area and kitchen. The top floor has a master bathroom with a full bathroom as well as another kitchen, dining area and living room.
Views are beautiful from the outside spaces and rooftop deck!
All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
Dog Friendly with non-refundable fee and signed addendum (1 dog allowed unless previous approval from owner) Ask your agent for details
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

The location is amazing. The inside of the house was mostly clean, but the outside (including decks) was dirty and worn out.

Year #2 in a a row of staying in this unit! Very spacious and quiet location. Love the BKB corner store! I will say last year we experienced no mosquitos but this year, even walking to the car was terrible! The last night we were there, the aerial spray was done and by the morning we left there were no more bugs. Next year we may need to plan our stay around the spray schedule! We wish the screened porch was repaired/rescreened so we could have enjoyed more outdoor time. Truly created beautiful memories at this unit. Proximity to Rehoboth and Lewes made for a vast amount of activities!

Had a nice time except for the storm and the beach was gone but came back day after. House was nice a few things were different from pictures didn't like that you went in garage area and then came out in the open area so if it rains you get wet a lot of levels and stairs. very nice views but property in front of house is for sale so the view would be gone if a house goes there.Our realtor was excellent as usual

The washer was broken from the time we arrived. I attempted to wash a dirty/moldy twin size blanket from the house. The washer wouldn't turn on and the door wouldn't open back up. The rental agent blamed the broken washer on me. He told me the washer couldn't hold something "that big" and that's why it broke. If you're not supposed to a wash blanket, there should be a note stating what you can or can't put in the washer. The rental agent told me I could go to the laundry mat while I'm on my vacation or ask for a refund. I chose the refund, which I never saw. I was surprised that kitchen on the 1st floor didn't have a dishwasher or microwave. Also, it would be nice if the sliders and windows had screens. But the much bigger problem of the house is the water damage and mold on the garage ceiling. The water is continuously leaking from the ceiling onto the garage floor. Apparently this has been going on for a long time because there's A LOT of mold on the ceiling of the garage! This really needs to be fixed immediately. It's a lovely home and we would love to stay here again, but this major problem needs to be fixed over the winter.
