High Street in Southampton

Near to the city center.

No provision of fan & hair dryer. No towel & toiletries replenished. Staff is not responding to your txt. Lift is provided but stairs to the rooms & it is not informed.

The two guys, Ben and another guy who work for the building are very helpful and friendly. They gave us a wonderful help and welcome. It makes our trip easy and happy.

The bed only suitable for one person because when one person moves, another one will fell like sleeping in cruise ship.

Great location! Nice amenities and very confortable.

Places was nice and clean, and the room had plenty of amenities. The location is also great; in the city centre and nearby alot of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants

While the room was nice, I did pay for a 'superior room' with a double bed. However, it dawned on me that I did not get this room, I had a smaller room and smaller bed. I raised this via the messaging app that I had been communicating with the accomodation on, and they ignored me. So, in essence, I was overcharged. There was never really a staff member on reception either, who I could query this with, so felt I stuck. It's sort of put me off coming back here when I next visit Southampton.
