Extremely short, I walked in, took photos and left. I didn’t stay a single minute or night.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything from a health, hygiene and safety point of view. It would not pass any health standards. The property was filthy. All metal fittings and equipment is rusty and filthy. The fridge and toaster and bathroom ceiling was filled of mold. The microwave, stove and oven was filthy and oily. There were oily human hand marks all over the mirrors as it was used as a whore house. The bed mattress was broken and complete caved in. Everything was filthy and was not up to living standards from any country.

Great find in Southampton

Reasonably priced, close to the cruise port. Great prompt response from the owner. Being one floor was a real plus for me.

Location to university.

Electrically unsafe. Smells like stale cigarettes. Uncomfortable bed and sofa. Hot water heater kept tripping out so required trouble shooting and too much faf to have a hot shower.

Lied about how many beds, no hot water my whole stay woke up to the roof leaking the guy who owns it hasn’t responded to my messages

It was pretty clean and from a facility perspective it was ok. Close to city centre location. House was simple yet nice decorated.

The parking, the trash in the area of the property, the unsafe and unease feeling coming back to the property. There was a moment when there were homeless people IN the underground parking and it was scary. The stove only worked really slowly and even a coffee to make was difficult sometimes. The beds in the bedroom were moving constantly and it was very uncomfortable. The hot water in the shower only worked when boosting the boiler.

Acceptable for a short stay

The apartment is in the really convenient location close to the city center, train station, shops and restaurants. But the neighborhood itself is rather untidy. The host was really helpful and always in touch.

The property is much more used, than you can think looking on pictures. The furniture is quite old, there was just one chair so we three couldn’t eat all in a time. There was no bed linen for the sofa bed. We also had to buy salt to make some food. The curtains from one of the windows were removed, so in the room with sofa bed was light all the night

Awful

Arrived at the 3.00 pm arrival time, Car park is a disgrace, entrance gate is missing and area used by homeless and drug takers. A car was standing on bricks, rubbish, bedding and drug items littered everywhere. The electrical items had all been vandalised or removed - certainly not safe. Cleaner informed us that there had been a party in our apartment and it was not ready for us. Around 3.45 we were told it was ready. The front door has been reboarded and the door knob missing. The apartment was clean bur the walls have peeling paint, presumably due to damp. Two windowpanes are cracked and held together with frosted film. One curtain was missing and a ground floor window would not lock. Easy to enter from the street. There we six glasses, all different styles and a few plates and dishes. The television is large and does work. The beds were arranged such that the small wardrobe space is inaccessible and the mattresses oversize for the bed bases. Care needs to be taken when sitting on the edge of the bed. Each movement is accompanied by noises from the springs. Next morning the police were called to the property as a female was making a nuisance of herself in the car park area, The apartment is described as "Classy" Only the homeless would think this description anywhere near accurate. We left after one night of the two booked as we did not wish to stay in the area a moment longer than necessary. Victor claimed we had not returned the key and appears to have retained our £100 deposit. I would like an explanation and a VAT receipt for the money.

Hat nicht alles so funktioniert in der Wohnung, wie es sein sollte. Gastgeber war aber sehr bemüht , die Mängel zu beheben.
