Historic riad with a living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms featuring comfortable premium mattresses (bed sizes: 200 cm x 140 cm / imperial: 6'6.7'' x 4'7''), a small sofa bed in the living room (metric: 160 cm x 70 cm / imperial: 5'3'' x 2'3''), as well as a cot or crib for your baby or toddler.

One patio with a small water fountain and three terraces with gardens (plants and trees), perfect for relaxing, enjoying a drink, or sunbathing. The highest terrace features a barbecue area that you can use at your convenience. A little “staircase to heaven” opens up the skies over Marrakech for you, offering beautiful views of the Atlas Mountains (whenever there isn’t too much desert sand in the air).

You can prepare your own meals in the well-equipped kitchen (stove, cooktop, microwave, coffee grinder, coffee maker, small grill, blender, juicer, fridge/freezer, kitchenware) or have them delivered, or dine out at one of the many nearby restaurants (some of which are top-notch!)—detailed information provided before arrival.

A pleasant and generally quiet neighborhood. Equipped with fiber-optic internet (up to 100 Mbits upload and download speed) and Mesh Wi-Fi, ideal for a “workation.” For the safety of your personal belongings, a secure safe is available. Great location in the very heart of the Medina, close to markets and restaurants. 10 minutes from Jemaa el Fnaa Square and 12 minutes from Dar el Bacha.

Guests are welcome to use all areas of the riad. A booklet with detailed information is provided before arrival. Specifically, guests are welcome to use the well-equipped kitchen, the electric fireplace (in the winter), the stereo system, the traditional Moroccan hammam, the small jacuzzi (which can be heated on colder winter days), and the three open-air terraces for enjoying the views and sunbathing.

Riad Kiwi can be reached via narrow, winding alleys. Car (taxi) access is 250 meters away.

The riad’s manager meets you at check-in and is available whenever you have questions or need help. He also arranges airport transfers for you if needed. In addition, the owner is available via text message or phone.

The different floors of the riad are connected by several staircases. Therefore, the Riad is not suitable for people with disabilities. If you are traveling with a toddler or young children, constant supervision is essential to ensure their safety.
