Comfortable room and bed at the back of the house. Quiet and ac worked great. The house itself was set up nicely with a large kitchen and multiple tables for dining. Well stocked with breakfast foods, snacks and coffee. Very convenient location to the light rail transit system which we used almost daily to get around and many wonderful and moderately priced resturants nearby.
Could have used a small bureau or set of drawers for smaller clothing items. Also more silverware in the kitchen. The staff were a bit aloof and we would have enjoyed more verbal interaction with them

Kitchen could had have a bit more basic staff, Like Milch for the coffee for early departures and a torster

Location was great - near parks, transit, walkable to eateries. Kitchen easy to use and kept tidy. Bed very comfortable.
TV reception was lousy. Had great trouble with streaming loading. Other persons in B&B reported same problem and property managers were made aware. Called for tech support- they messaged back a few times but it was useless. Very poor response. As we stayed here 6 nights with no contact from managers, this had a big impact on our stay. Sorry to mention this!
