The room was clean
The front of the property looked a bit unkempt and dirty
The immediate area was not as nice as I was expecting
It also didn’t feel personal - no staff and what looked like Ai generated emails which I didn’t like

The place is very well located just steps from the light rail station in the heart of Capitol Hill. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The kitchen facilities were very useful for breakfast and the host even left some goodies for our consumption during our stay which we appreciated. Lots of space to work, stretch out and enjoy a slow morning. Easy to check in and get keys, ability to store your bags and relaxed atmosphere.
I would say the it was a bit pricy for the value and quality of the room.
