Easy ground-floor access makes coming and going effortless, and the space is perfectly sized for solo travelers or couples. It's your ideal home base for exploring the city.

The space
Step into an open studio layout designed to feel like a warm, eclectic artist's haven. The cozy boho-chic interior brings true PNW character—curated, charming, and inviting. The space includes a full bathroom with a relaxing bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day out. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen stocked with coffee and tea so you can start your mornings right. Practical comforts include in-unit laundry and a dedicated storage closet to keep things tidy. Every corner is thoughtfully styled to be cozy, warm, and effortlessly chic.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the studio and the garage for parking their vehicle. The condo building amenities are not available for guest use.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Want to make the most of your stay? Early check-in and late check-out are available (subject to availability) for a small additional fee, as they require special coordination with our cleaning team. Simply request the upgrade, and we’ll send you a quick link to our Guest Portal where you can secure extra time to relax and enjoy your visit.

A Few Additional Considerations:
- The condo complex is undergoing exterior renovations and there is currently scaffolding over the exterior of the building where the unit is. While work on this unit is complete, you should expect intermediate construction noise during daytime hours, and occasional unit access may still be required. We will be sure to coordinate with you if this is necessary.
- This condo is located on the ground floor of Capitol Hill, so some street noise is to be expected.
- We are unable to accommodate luggage/bag holding before your check-in and after your check-out. There are luggage storage services in Seattle that you can use.
- Occasionally, the building performs exterior maintenance such as window washing or painting. Workers may be visible from the windows; privacy can be maintained by closing the blinds.
