It was a nice place to stay. Comfortable supplies were good.
It had 3 flights of stairs just to get to the front door. Luckily we had a place on the first floor. Parking was very upsetting. You could pay to park across the street but was very expensive. If you were one of the lucky ones and won the lottery you could park on the street but need to move often or early in the morning. Had a homeless car parked 2 houses down but police wouldn’t do anything to make him move. He didn’t bother anyone but at first you don’t know that. So after seeing him there during our stay he was ok.

The host had a very clean property, and was thoughtful enough to have a space AC as it was very hot during my stay. Also, there was a water bottle and oatmeal to get me started. Clean towels and linens in a great location just blocks from my daughters place. Bonus was the washer / dryer in the unit.
I would Suggest a new shower liner along with new stove burner protectors and to clean out the oven a bit better.

The full kitchen is actually equipped with dishes, pots and pans and all kinds of implements - there was even coffee and filters! We used the extra inflatable bed that had an automatic inflater/deflater, and it was very comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood.
It was a little hard to find, but the host stayed on the phone while I found it and figured out the key code. It's important to know that you have to enter the code when you're leaving too, to lock the door -- found we were locking it when we tried to unlock it upon returning. Upstairs neighbors were noisy at odd hours.

Location was great. Walking distance to virtually everything in Capitol Hill and Downtown areas!
Being on the ground floor, you could hear everything that was going on in units above you. This made it difficult to sleep, but our property manager was very helpful.
